ACESA earned ISO 9002 certification for quality assurance
in 1994, thanks to the organization's collective effort to implement
the system, the company's technological development and the high
quality of its products.
In 2001, it earned ISO 14001 certification for environmental
management at all of its production plants, proof of the company's
strong commitment to its surroundings.
The strict controls conducted throughout the production process, final controls and finished product audits guarantee that all ACESA tools meet the most exacting international standards, going well beyond mere minimum requirements. One of ACESA's main philosophies is always to exceed ISO and UNE standard quality requirements by at least 25%.
As a result of the high quality with which ACESA tools are manufactured, all of the brand's products come with a Full Guarantee against any factory defect or material flaw.
2- Quality in Our Service:
Service has always been one of the foundations for
ACESA's relations with its clients. The market is increasingly demanding,
and service has become key to maintaining fluid client relations.
ACESA has enlarged its distribution center by 25%
in order to provide better service. The new warehouse is one of
the sector´s most automated in the sector within Europe, with
a smart management system that improves the company's response capacity.
A Service Center is responsible
for finding solutions for all kinds of problems: returns and replacements
during the guarantee period, repairs, information about how best
to use the tools, technical support and customer advice.
