WARRANTY TERMS

As a result of the high quality with which ACESA tools are manufactured, all of the brand's products come with a Full Guarantee against any factory defect or material flaw.

Our strict quality controls guarantee that our tools meet the most exacting international standards, easily surpassing their minimum requirements. Our catalogue provides information on the standards met by each item.

NOTE: Guarantee replacements are subject to the following conditions:

1- All products in the catalogue are covered by the Full Guarantee against any factory or material flaw; thus, clients are entitled to the replacement of the faulty part or parts, provided the defect stems directly from the manufacturing or material.

2- The right to replacement is limited to the substitution of the faulty part with a new one. It does not include any kind of refund whatsoever. All of the expenses for the replacement, in particular those for shipping and handling, will be met by the client.

3- The Full Guarantee does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear or poor conservation and/or use of the products by the client.

4- The guarantee has a term of one year to begin as of the date of purchase for all products subject to normal wear through use, such as knives, tips, bits and other expendable items. In the case of torque multipliers, the guarantee shall not apply when the products have been submitled to forces exceeding the nominal maximum values.

5- To exercise this right properly, the client must communicate the defect and affected parts to EUROTOOLS in writing, indicating the purchase details (date and invoice number). Within a period of 30 days, from receipt of the above mention communication, EUROTOOLS will send its local representative to the client's facilities, so they can jointly sign the documentation concerning the faulty parts. Immediately thereafter, these parts or a sample chosen by the local representative will be sent to EUROTOOLS for the Quality Department to certify the defect. Should the Quality Department's report confirm the defect, EUROTOOLS will communicate this confirmation to the client, announcing the replacement of the faulty parts.

6- The replacement will be effected as soon as possible and, as a general rule, will be sent with the next shipment of goods to the client.

7- Upon receiving the replacement parts, the client must sign a document expressing his conformity with the replacement that was made and renouncing all subsequent complaints against EUROTOOLS for this reason.
