12.3 Files
ACESA files stand out for their excellent performance:

• They are made of the highest-quality steel, high in chrome and carbon to ensure resistance and hardness.
• Excellent control of surface-grinding operations and the subsequent cut of the teeth.
• Files are tempered to HRC 65.
• Special attention given to cleansing operations, with emphasis on the anti-rust protection applied to each file.
• The bi-material handles have a polypropylene nucleous covered in elastomer to ensures a no-slip grip.
• The handle's smooth contour reduces direct pressure on nerves in the palm of the hand, as well as muscular tension and the risk of hand injuries.
• User safety. The handle completely covers the tang and base corners to avoid injuries from hand slippage.
• The files meet ISO 234/1 and 2 standards.
