12.3 Files
ACESA files stand out for their excellent performance:
They are made of the highest-quality steel, high in chrome and carbon to ensure resistance and hardness.
Excellent control of surface-grinding operations and
the subsequent cut of the teeth.
Files are tempered to HRC 65.
Special attention given to cleansing operations, with emphasis on the anti-rust protection applied to each file.
The bi-material handles have a polypropylene nucleous covered in elastomer to ensures a no-slip grip.
The handle's smooth contour reduces direct pressure on nerves in the palm of the hand, as well as muscular tension and the risk of hand injuries.
User safety. The handle completely covers the tang and base corners to avoid injuries from hand slippage.
The files meet ISO 234/1 and 2 standards.
For information on how to choose a file, see
page 213 of our catalogue.
