The ACESA socket manufacturing process is based on the principles of quality, resitance, sturdiness and functionality.

• Hardnesses of between HRC 44 and 48 (40-46 for 1"), and optimum hardness-strength ratio.
• Made according to UNE 16501, 16503-1, 16507-1 and ISO 1171-1, 1174-1, 2725-1 standards.
• Sets come in plastic or metal box.

• The New Professional Profile (NPP) for ACESA socket wrenches redistributes forces and tension on to the flats of the nuts, thereby preventing damage and wear to the hexagonal edges of nuts and screws. Moreover, because the force is applied to the flats of the nut, this profile even enables work with nuts that have already been rounded.
• The NPP profile allows for a significant reduction in the external thickness of sockets, thereby increasing wrench access in tight situations.

IMPACT SOCKETS

• Wide, comprehensive range of sockets and accessories, with square drives of up to 1 ½" and over 300 codes.
• Manufactured in chrome molybdenum steel, the best material for impact socket production.
• Hardnesses of between HRC 44 and 48 (HRC 38-42 for 1 ½"), and optimum hardness-strength ratio.
• Made according to UNE 16503-2 and 16507-2 and ISO 1174-2 and 2725-2 standards.
• With the same wall thickness, ACESA sockets withstand greater tightening torque.
• Cylindrical design in all sizes for increased accesibility.

ACESA impact sockets are also manufactured with NPP profile.
